The location was inconvenient with the entry only accessible through a parking basement. the staff demanded personal proof of our relationships, making us feel uncomfortable. The room was not private as the staff had free access through the use of a master key. It was frustrating to find 3rd party hotel caterers peeping into our room for no apparent reason.

The breakfast selection was underwhelming, and the quality left much to be desired.

The hotel location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The room amenities were excellent, with a mini-fridge and kettle offered in the room. We were also delighted to find out that breakfast was included during our stay.
